By accessing the HRCA Children’s Quiz Platform, you agree to these terms. A parent, guardian or authorised school representative should supervise use by children where appropriate.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and use only accounts you are authorised to access. You are responsible for protecting access to your email and device.

Quiz rules

Quiz attempts may be timed and automatically submitted or closed when their permitted time expires. Users must not manipulate timers, results, question content or platform security.

Acceptable use

You may use the platform only for lawful learning and competition purposes. Copying, scraping, reselling or publicly distributing questions, images, answer keys or platform content without permission is prohibited.

Purchases

When paid products are introduced, the price, access period and included content will be shown before payment. A purchase is complete only after payment confirmation from the selected provider.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the platform accurate and available, but maintenance, technical issues or contest requirements may cause changes or interruptions. HRCA may update quiz content, schedules and features when reasonably necessary.

Results and eligibility

Practice scores do not automatically establish eligibility, ranking, certification or entitlement to a competition prize unless explicitly stated in the applicable official contest rules.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, HRCA is not responsible for indirect loss caused by device failure, internet interruption, unauthorised account access or use contrary to these terms.

Suspension

HRCA may restrict access where there is suspected fraud, abuse, security risk, non-payment or serious violation of these terms.
